The 26-party Opposition alliance, INDIA, is set to hold their third meeting in Mumbai on August 31 and September 1 to discuss strategy for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The alliance plans to set up a coordination committee and several smaller committees to handle various aspects of their functioning. They also intend to hold at least three more meetings before the elections. The opposition leaders aim to campaign on issues such as unemployment, price rise, assault on the federal structure, and misuse of investigating agencies.
