Some celebrate ‘Cow Hug Day’ on Valentine’s: ‘should not use love as lust’

The Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) had last Monday appealed to the public to celebrate February 14 as ‘Cow Hug Day’ but later withdrew it after the move became the subject of memes on social media.
