Russia played tough at G-20 Ministerial, but India managed the outcome document

It is to India’s diplomatic credit that there was agreement in 15 out of 17 paragraphs at the G-20 Finance Ministers meeting in Bengaluru and 22 out of 24 at the G-20 Foreign Ministers meeting in Delhi.
