Is China serious on disengagement and de-escalation along LAC?

The induction of three combined armed brigades from Eastern and Southern theatre command into Western theatre along the LAC as reserves in the eastern sector a month before 20th Party Congress is a matter of serious national security concern to the Indian Army. The winter posture of Army will dependent on whether the brigades go back to their bases or continue to stay during the Tibet freeze.
