Goa minister condemns attack on Dutch tourist, praises hotel staffer who helped her

The Goa Police have arrested Abhishek Verma, a 27-year-old from Uttarakhand capital Dehradun who worked as a bartender at the Yoga retreat resort in north Goa’s Mandrem, for the attack
