Congress will fulfil Karnataka poll promises in first Cabinet meet: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi has promised that the Congress party will fulfil its poll promises made in Karnataka within the first Cabinet meeting after forming the government in the state. He referred to schemes such as Gruha Jyoti, Gruha Lakshmi, Yuva Nidhi, Shakti and Anna Bhagya included in the party?s manifesto. As per the Election Commission website, the Congress was leading 137 seats as of 3pm, clear of the majority mark of 113 in the 224-member assembly.
