Centre, Assam sign peace deal with Dimasa rebel outfit; momentous day, says Shah

The deal with Dimasa National Liberation Army-Dimasa Peoples’ Supreme Council (DNLA/DPSC) was signed in the presence of union home minister Amit Shah, Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma
