Jaishankar’s stern message on terrorism: ‘Ludicrous that you are only helpless…’

Jaishankar said by now everyone knows how the terrorism channel works and which state supports it. No matter what gloss is applied and what ‘justification’ is given terror is terror and the explanation that the state is ‘helpless’ to curb terror while it manages everything else is ludicrous, Jaishankar said.
