After Air India urination case, SC notice to Centre, DGCA over rules for unruly flyers

The Supreme Court on Monday sought replies from the Centre and the DGCA on a plea by a 72-year-old woman, on whom an inebriated passenger allegedly urinated inside a New York-New Delhi Air India flight last year.
